The Reality You're Facing
What feels manageable now often becomes
unmanageable later...
It starts small. Adjusting plans, avoiding situations, always trying to stay one step ahead.
Most dog owners, like yourself, are told to “manage" the issue or avoid their dog's "triggers". But that never fixes your dog's problems, it just forces you to build your life around them.
These issues don't get better from management.
They get resolved through rehabilitation.
Where it All Changes
Our Intervention Process
Our proven rehabilitation system is tailored entirely to your dog,
how they behave, what they've experienced, and who they are.
We guide each case through a series of phases, adjusting day by day
based on what your dog shows us, until the problem is fully resolved.
1
Phase 1:
Case Evaluation and Intake
We begin by building a complete understanding of your dog: their behavior history, personality, and the environment they’re currently living in.
From there, we determine what’s actually causing their issues and what will be required to resolve it.
Not all cases are accepted. Due to the level of care needed, we only take on dogs where the behavior has become serious enough to require this level of work.
If your case is accepted, you get:
Travel Details Completely Handled
We manage the logistics of getting your dog to us safely, whether by ground or private transport, ensuring the intervention begins with zero stress for you.
Priority Intake
With these issues, time matters. When we can, we move your dog up so you’re not waiting while the problem continues.
Phase 2:
Initial Decompression
Period
This is the beginning of your dog's journey. Your dog is admitted into our care and placed into a controlled, low-pressure environment.
We remove any conflict to allow your dog to settle in, while building the trust required for the deeper work to hold later.
*This phase takes around one to two weeks, depending on the dog.
We don’t rush this phase.
Behavior that’s forced too quickly doesn't last.
From here, you'll begin to receive:
Progress Updates/Owner Check-Ins
You’re kept informed throughout the whole process. We share progress as it happens, so you understand what’s changing and why.

3
Phase 3
Immersive Behavioral Rehabilitation
This is where the most important work happens.
Your dog continues through a period of focused, daily work (typically 4–8 weeks, depending on case severity) while we rehabilitate their behavior.
This is where your dog starts to feel like themselves again, with clear direction and purpose. We resolve the behavior problem completely, so it no longer occurs, especially in the most challenging situations.
The goal here is a dog that can move through life with clarity, confidence, and problem-free behavior.
We handle all of the work required to make that happen, so you don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
This Phase Includes:
Dog-Specific Rehab Plan
Every dog is different. We build the entire process around your dog’s personality and behavior, so the outcome lasts beyond our time with them.
Real-Life Integration
From day one, we build your dog’s rehabilitation around your real life, so the behavior holds when they return home, not just while they’re with us.
Advanced Reliability
For owners who want more than just resolved behavior. This adds
a higher level of control, clarity, and freedom in everyday life.
Phase 4
Owner Integration
When your dog returns home, the behavior has already been addressed. We simply guide you through what to maintain, what to avoid, and how to handle real situations. But you won't be told to "work" with your dog. We already did that.
If they require any tools to support clarity and control, we provide them and show you exactly how they fit into everyday life.
Everything is kept simple, so you can live with your dog, not manage them even more.

Phase 5
12-Month Behavioral
Case Management
Our help doesn't end when your dog goes home.
For the next 12 months, we remain directly connected to your case. If something feels off, we step in early. Ongoing behavioral case management, as needed.
If a new situation comes up, we guide you through it.
You’re not left managing this on your own.
Because resolving the behavior issue isn’t the finish line,
making sure it stays that way is.
Our Promise to You
No Dog Leaves Unfinished
Guarantee
Our goal is simple: resolve your dog's behavior problem. If more time is required to reach that outcome, we continue our work until it’s done, at no extra cost.
They deserve it, and so do you.
After your dog returns home, if anything feels off, a new situation, a concern, or something you’re simply unsure of, we step in and guide you through it entirely, before anything becomes a problem again.
We will not leave your dog unfinished.
Limited Capacity

"We couldn’t even go near him before. Now, he’s a completely different dog"
Why we only take on
1-2 dogs at a time
This is what allows us to do this level of work, but it also means availability is extremely limited. Rebuilding your dog's trust and confidence requires constant, subtle observation and thousands of micro-decisions every day.
By limiting the number of dogs we bring in, we guarantee yours receives our undivided attention. They are a part of our daily lives and receive the precise, tailored support they need to get better.
We don't rush the process. And we don't cut corners.
This level of care is rare, and that’s exactly why we limit how many dogs we take.
Integrated Living Environment
Your dog is fully integrated into our daily environment (not in a kennel), so behavioral change is built under the same conditions it needs to hold.
Founder-Led Rehabilitation
Your dog is worked directly by us from start to finish, so you know they're in good hands. No handoffs and no rotating staff.
Dog-Specific Approach
Every dog is different. We build the rehabilitation process around their personality, breed, and behavior, so they can succeed long-term.
For Serious Cases Only
This is For...
This is Not For...
Normal dog training, basic obedience, or puppy training.
People who don’t believe problems like aggression can truly be solved
Situations that haven't become serious.
People looking for the cheapest option,
rather than the right solution.

For families facing a rehoming or euthanasia decision
If your situation falls into the first category,
this is exactly what we’re built for.
How it Works
Simple for You.
Structured for Your Dog.
The step-by-step process you and your dog always deserved.
1
Admission & Placement
Your dog is admitted into our care, where their behavior can be addressed without existing patterns. This removes the daily stress from you and gives us full control of the problem from the start.
2
Behavioral Rehabilitation
Your dog is no longer stuck in the same cycle.
Through guided rehabilitation, we interrupt your dog's existing behavior and rebuild new ones, day after day.
3
Case
Resolution
You won’t go home with instructions.
Instead, we guide you through a simple transition so your dog returns safe, sound, and ready to live with you again.
4
Long-Term
Care
We're in your corner long after your dog goes home. For the next 12 months, you have direct access to us, so if anything changes, we step in immediately before it becomes a problem.
Proof of What's Possible
We specialize in the dogs most programs won’t take.
This isn’t where you go for training. It's where you go when training didn’t work.
Our background comes from years of experience with Military Working Dogs, where behavior and results aren't optional. Everything had to be fulfilling, reliable, and built to last.
That's the standard we bring to every dog we help now.
Especially the ones most training programs won't, or can't, help, the dogs that are
"too complex", "too unpredictable", or considered "too far gone".

Featured Case Study: Prince
BEFORE: Severely Aggressive Shelter Dog
AFTER: Playful and No More Aggression
"Prince would've been euthanized if not for
Affective Canines."
Prince was found at the shelter, tied to a fire hydrant overnight, in 30-degree weather. By the time we were called in, he was biting everyone.
What you’re seeing here isn’t us managing the issue; it’s real behavior change. He went from severely aggressive to happy, playful, and genuinely enjoys being around people, even the same people he was biting before.
Prince was one bite away from being put down.
Dogs like him aren’t too far gone, and yours isn’t either.

This is what happens when your dog's
behavior problem is fully resolved.
